Orders

Ordering couldn’t be easier!

-   click Add to Basket on product pages, or

-   call 020 3002 0111 or

-   email  with details of what you want to buy. We will need:

  • your name and address
  • telephone number
  • email
  • and order details
    Then we will confirm prices and make sure that what you’ve ordered is exactly what you need, confirm delivery times, and discuss payment.

Online payments are made through our payment partner Secure Hosting whose systems are completely PCI DSS compliant.

Inquit accepts VISA, MasterCard, Switch and other cards for phone or mail order transactions; we may take advance payment by phone, or charge your card on despatch, depending on the type of order and your location. We do not accept American Express.

For companies, public authorities and established organisations we may be able to invoice you for payment within 14 - 30 days - ask if you qualify.


Terms and conditions:

  • Demonstrations
    We can often offer demonstrations of the equipment we sell, in your own office or in London; we want you to be happy with your equipment and we’d rather you had doubts before purchase than afterwards
  • Carriage costs
    All orders to the UK have free shipping; and orders to all non-UK destinations, will be charged carriage costs. Unfortunately there may be a premium on deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland because couriers don’t like crossing water, and charge you more; orders delivered to postcodes in this area may be charged a carriage premium. We greatly regret this and will keep additional charges to an absolute minimum.
  • Delivery
    Most larger UK orders are sent by UPS or DPD, with delivery on the next business day. Deliveries are often in the morning, but sometimes later in the day, but before 1900.

    Smaller orders may be sent by Royal Mail, or by regular first class post.

Refunds / returns policy
All goods have a 12 month warranty, warranty claims being dealt with through Inquit Audio.

We want you to be really happy with your purchase. Please ask all the questions you need answers to, to ensure the goods meet your requirements. Don’t be afraid - we aren’t terrible techies, and specialise in helping people who are ‘technologically challenged.’

For sales where we have not demonstrated equipment to you, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations your contract may be cancelled within seven working days of delivery of your items for a full refund. If you need to return items call us on 0845 838 5121 first for an authorised return number and delivery instructions.

Goods and packaging must be returned and received in completely new condition with all packaging and accessories. Deductions may be made for incomplete or damaged goods and/or packaging.

The cost of outgoing carriage to the customer will be deducted from the refund total.

Refunds will be made using the same method as the payment, ie payments by cheque will be made refunded by cheque; payments by card will be refunded by card.

Price changes
Prices may be changed at any time without notice.

Other
All goods remain the property of the company until they are paid for in full.

Orders
The company may refuse to supply goods to any customer at any time and will not be required to give a reason for any such refusal to supply; supplying goods previously to a customer will not imply or suggest that goods will be supplied on any other occasion.

We cannot supply customers in Africa, the Americas, Near East, Middle East or the Far East/Asia Pacific regions. Sorry. There are many other suppliers in these regions who will be able to fulfill your orders.

Mistakes do happen even in the best businesses, so please:

  • confirm prices, they may have fallen since you last checked
  • ask if you are unsure of anything
  • tell us if something has gone wrong and we’ll do everything we can to put it right
